Health Walks
We are sourcing funding to offer gentle exercise walks which will include learning about natural history and using art, photography and multimedia to add interest and creativity to the walks. No experience is required, as these walks are intended to cover all age groups and capabilities. We should soon have in place a GP referral scheme to support people of all ages achieve set goals in improving their physical and mental wellbeing.
