Star Director of A Vision of Britain features on Sky Fitness TV... now produces his own book on Active Health 50 Plus...

David Hogg has his own show on Sky Fitness TV. He and Hettie pictured above go through a series of seated exercises each day showing how easy it is to keep fit. Aimed at the 50+ age group this compliments David's work as a trainer and fitness instructor. A DVD can be purchased of seated exercises and is now followed by his new book available today.

10:30-12:30 Wildflowers of Roding Valley Meadows NR - FULLY BOOKED

 

Join Reserve Warden, Patrick Bailly and Tricia Moxey to see what is in flower during a two hour stroll in Roding Valley nature reserve. Meet at 10.30am in car park next to David Lloyd Centre, off Roding Lane, Chigwell.


Tricia Moxey leads a local group of nature enthusiasts on a field study of North Weald Flood Meadow, Essex. Part of the benefit of outdoor activities is the not only learning more about the countryside but walking for a short distance each day keeps you healthy and fit.

With so much beautiful countryside and many nature reserves and woodlands this area has lots of good places to get out and see.
